Wu Poh-hsiung (chino tradicional: 吳伯雄; chino simplificado: 吴伯雄; Nacido en Taoyuan, Taiwán, el 19 de junio de 1939) es un político en la República de China, es actualmente presidente del Partido Kuomintang de Taiwán (KMT). Wu was nominated as Honorary Chairman of the Kuomintang when he was succeeded by Ma Ying-jeou as the Chairman of the Kuomintang.

W wyborach tych Wu zdobył około 90% głosów, pokonując Hunga Hsiu-chiu. Wu Po-hsiung jest praktykującym buddystą. Jest drugim prezydentem tajwańskiego oddziału Buddha’s Light International Association. Zwolennik zjednoczenia Tajwanu z Chinami kontynentalnymi, w 2005 i 2012 roku odwiedził Chińską Republikę Ludową, spotykając się z m.in. z przewodniczącym ChRL Hu Jintao.
