L’édifice du quartier général du Keishicho s’élève à côté du bâtiment historique du ministère de la Justice dans le quartier de Kasumigaseki (au no 2-1-1), l'un des centres politiques et administratifs de la capitale dans l’arrondissement spécial de Chiyoda. Construit en 1980, cet édifice de 18 étages possède de larges arrêtes acérées surmonté par une tour de forme cylindrique.
