Η Τρίτη Συμφωνία της Βιέννης ήταν μια διμερής συμφωνία μεταξύ της Τουρκίας και της Κύπρου πάνω στο Κυπριακό ζήτημα τον Αύγουστο του 1975. Τα ακόλουθα ζητήματα συμφωνήθηκαν: 1.
* Οι Τουρκοκύπριοι που διαμένουν στο νότιο τμήμα του νησιού θα είναι σε θέση να μετακομίσουν βόρεια με τα υπάρχοντά τους. 2.
* Οι Ελληνοκύπριοι στο βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού θα είναι σε θέση να παραμείνουν και να απαλλαχθούν από διώξεις. 3.
* Οι Ελληνοκύπριοι στο βόρειο τμήμα θα είναι σε θέση να μετακομίσουν στο νότιο τμήμα του νησιού. 4.
* Η Ειρηνευτική Δύναμη των Ηνωμένων Εθνών στη Κύπρο θα έχει ελεύθερη και κανονική πρόσβαση στα ελληνοκυπριακά χωριά και κατοικίες στο βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού. 5.
* Θα δοθεί προτεραιότητα στην επανένωση των οικογενειών.

The Third Vienna Agreement was a bilateral agreement reached between Turkey and Cyprus over the Cyprus dispute in August 1975. The following issues were agreed upon: 1.
* Turkish Cypriots residing in the southern part of the island would be able move north with their belongings. 2.
* Greek Cypriots in the northern part of the island would be able to remain and be free from persecution. 3.
* Greek Cypriots in the northern part would be able to move to the southern part of the island. 4.
* The UNFICYP would have free and normal access to Greek Cypriot villages and habitations in the northern part of the island. 5.
* Priority would be given to the reunification of families.

Il Terzo accordo di Vienna fu un accordo bilaterale raggiunto tra la Turchia e Cipro sulla questione di Cipro nell'agosto 1975 sottoscritto tra Glafkos Clerides e Rauf Denktaş, che trasferiva 8.033 turco-ciprioti a nord e regolò il modo di vivere di 943 greco-ciprioti che rimasero nel nord. L'accordo venne chiamato dalla parte turca come "Reinsediamento volontario delle popolazioni". Clerides fu criticato per aver firmato l'accordo, perché comportava la divisione demografica dell'isola, sebbene la decisione fosse stata presa dalle istituzioni della Repubblica di Cipro guidate da Makarios.
