The centre's logo features The Iron Bridge, of nearby Ironbridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In 2008 the centre was ranked as 14th best in the country by CACI. 2019 was the completion of the £55 million redevelopment of the centre which included new stores and moving existing stores into bigger premises. A rebrand from the Telford Shopping Centre to the Telford Centre was also included.
