The Supreme Court of Justice of Paraguay (Spanish: Corte Suprema de Justicia del Paraguay) is the highest court of Paraguay. The Senate and the President of Paraguay select its nine ministers (judges) on the basis of recommendations from a constitutionally created Consejo de la Magistratura (Council of Magistrates). The court meets at the Palace of Justice in Asuncion. The court consists of three chambers: Constitutional, Civil and Commercial and Criminal and each chamber has three ministers. The present President (Chief Justice) of the Supreme Court is Alberto Joaquín Martínez Simón.

La Corte Suprema de Justicia de Paraguay es el máximo tribunal de justicia de Paraguay. Ejerce jurisdicción en toda la República y tiene su sede en la capital del país, Asunción. Se ubica en las calles Mariano Roque Alonso & Testanova de la ciudad de Asunción. Está compuesta por nueve ministros y organizada en tres salas, integradas por tres ministros cada una: la Sala Constitucional, la Sala Civil y Comercial, y la Sala Penal; sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto por la ley en relación con la ampliación de salas. Además de la potestad de juzgar, ejerce la superintendencia, con poder disciplinario sobre los tribunales, juzgados, auxiliares de la justicia y las oficinas dependientes del Poder Judicial. Ejerce la facultad de superintendencia a través de los Tribunales de Apelación de las circunscripciones judiciales del interior sobre los juzgados y oficinas existentes en dicha jurisdicción.
