The seekh kebab (Pashto and Urdu: سیخ کباب, Hindi: सीख कबाब) is a type of kebab, originating in South Asia. It is made with spiced, minced or ground meat, usually goat, lamb or chicken, and in Pakistan and Afghanistan, sometimes made with beef, formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled. It is typically cooked on a mangal or barbecue, or in a tandoor.
