Ryszard Jerzy Galla (* 22. Juli 1956 in Breslau, Polen) ist ein polnischer Politiker der deutschen Minderheit im polnischen Parlament (Sejm). Er ist auch stellvertretender Vorsitzender der Sozial-Kulturellen Gesellschaft der Deutschen im Oppelner Schlesien, Präsident des Hauses für Deutsch-Polnische Zusammenarbeit in Gleiwitz und gehört dem Vorstand des Verbandes der deutschen sozial-kulturellen Gesellschaften in Polen an.

Originally a member of the Opole Regional Assembly and briefly the Marshal of Opole Voivodeship in 2002, Galla was elected to the Sejm during the 2005 parliamentary election, getting 9072 votes in the 21st Opole district, and as of 2015, is the only Sejm member from the German Minority (Polish: Mniejszość Niemiecka, German: Deutsche Minderheit) political party.
