Rizwan, in his capacity as Federal Secretary Maritime Affairs, became the first ever Pakistani to hold the chairmanship of INFOFISH, an intergovernmental organisation based in Kuala Lampur with twelve countries as its members including Pakistan, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Iran.
