Rice and peas (en inglés, /raɪsəndpiːz/ «arroz y guisantes») es un plato tradicional en algunas gastronomías de África occidental, como la ghanesa, y en la gastronomía de Jamaica. Es similar a otros platos de arroz y frijol que existen en todo el Caribe: los moros y cristianos de Cuba, el moro de guandules con coco de República Dominicana... Aunque se le llame peas («guisantes», «arvejas» o «chícharos»), no se refiere a los guisantes verdes, sino a los beans («alubias», «porotos» o «frijoles»), que se les llama peas en el Caribe anglófono.
