Псалом — один из немногих в Псалтири повествует о загробном существовании праведников. Псалом написан Давидом в старости. Наблюдай за непорочным и смотри на праведного, поучайся из наблюдения над их поведением и судьбою тому, как тебе поступать. Будущность праведного есть мир — указание общее, или в смысле благополучия в земной жизни (стих 25) или загробной (стихи 27–28).
