The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory is the unicameral legislature of the Northern Territory of Australia. The Legislative Assembly has 25 members, each elected in single-member electorates for four-year terms. The voting method for the Assembly is the full-preferential voting system, having previously been optional preferential voting. Elections are on the fourth Saturday in August of the fourth year after the previous election, but can be earlier in the event of a no confidence vote in the Government. The most recent election for the Legislative Assembly was the 2020 election held on 22 August 2020. The next election is scheduled for 24 August 2024.

The Legislative Assembly has 25 members, each elected in single-member electorates for four-year terms. The most recent election for the Legislative Assembly was the 2020 election held on 22 August 2020. The next election is scheduled for 24 August 2024. Persons who are qualified under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 to vote for a member for the Northern Territory in the House of Representatives are qualified to vote at an election for the Legislative Assembly. Voting is compulsory for all those over 18 years of age. Since 2004, elections have been conducted by the Northern Territory Electoral Commission, which also organises regular electoral redistributions.

Zgromadzenie Ustawodawcze Terytorium Północnego (Northern Territory Legislative Assembly) – główny organ władzy ustawodawczej w Terytorium Północnym w Australii. Jest ciałem jednoizbowym i liczy 25 członków, wybieranych na cztery lata z zastosowaniem ordynacji preferencyjnej. Zgromadzenie powstało w 1974 jako pierwszy w historii Terytorium w pełni wybieralny parlament. Zastąpiło istniejącą od 1947 Radę Ustawodawczą, pochodzącą częściowo z wyboru, a częściowo z nominacji. Od 1979 Zgromadzenie ma uprawnienia bardzo zbliżone do parlamentów stanowych, choć - w przeciwieństwie do nich - jego akty mogą podlegać uchyleniu przez parlament federalny. W praktyce procedura ta stosowana jest sporadycznie, ale nie zaniechano jej całkowicie. Uchylone zostało m.in. ustawodawstwo dopuszczające eutanazję. Przywódca większości w Zgromadzeniu tradycyjnie obejmuje stanowisko szefa ministrów.
