The Nisga’a /ˈnɪsɡɑː/, often formerly spelled Nishga and spelled in the Nisga'a language as Nisg̱a’a (pronounced [nisqaʔa]), are an Indigenous people of Canada in British Columbia. They reside in the Nass River valley of northwestern British Columbia. The name is a reduced form of [naːsqaʔ], which is a loan word from Tongass Tlingit, where it means "people of the Nass River". The official languages of Nisg̱a’a are the Nisg̱a’a language and English.

Ihr Stammesgebiet lag nördlich sowie im Tal des mittleren Nass River flussabwärts bis zu dessen Mündung in die Nass Bay, einer Seitenbucht des , der durch die Meeresenge Dixon Entrance mit dem Pazifik verbunden ist. Sie selbst bezeichnen sich als „Gat“ („Volk“) oder „Aluugigat“ („Öffentliches Volk“) und das Nass River Valley als K'alii Aksim Lisims (abgel. von K'alii-aks – „Fluss“ und Lisims – „Nass River“) oder einfach Lisims („Nass River“). Daher nennen sie sich heute manchmal auch „Nisga A Hli Luugadin K Aliiaksim Lisims“ („Volk am Nass River“).
