Η Lega Basket (επίσημα: Lega Società di Pallacanestro Serie A) είναι η οργάνωση η οποία, κατ' εξουσιοδότηση από την Ιταλική Ομοσπονδία Καλαθοσφαίρισης, διεξάγει το πρωτάθλημα της πρώτης κατηγορίας της Ιταλίας (Serie A). Αποτελείται από τα σωματεία που συμμετέχουν στo ιταλικό πρωτάθλημα (Serie A). Η έδρα της βρίσκεται στην Μπολόνια της Ιταλίας. Η Lega Basket είναι ιδρυτικό μέλος της ULEB. Η Lega Basket διοργανώνει επίσης το Κύπελλο Ιταλίας, το Σούπερ Καπ Ιταλίας, και το ιταλικό All Star Game. Επίσης, έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί συζητήσεις με σκοπό η οργάνωση να αποκτήσει μεγαλύτερη αυτονομία, όπως και η αντίστοιχη οργάνωση του ποδοσφαίρου Lega Serie A.

It is composed of the clubs that participate in the Lega Basket Serie A. It is headquartered in Bologna, Italy. Basket League is a founding member of ULEB. Basket League organizes the LBA, the Italian Cup, the Italian Supercup, and the Italian All Star Game. Discussions have been held as to the possibility of Basket League gaining more autonomy, similarly to that of the corresponding football organization, Lega Serie A. It is the sole professional sport league in Italy outside football. The current president of Basket League is Fernando Marino.
