Hotel Central (Chinese: 新中央酒店) is an 11-storey hotel on Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro in Sé, Macau. Historically it has also been known as President Hotel (Chinese: 總統酒店). The building was 6 storeys tall in 1928 but, after 5 more floors were added in 1942, became the tallest building in Macau. There were formerly casinos on the fifth and seventh floors of the building. It is also the first building in Macau with elevators.

新中央酒店位於澳門新馬路中段，與營地大街交界。原名總統酒店，1928年7月22日開業。1932年改名中央酒店，後更加上「新」字。 原樓高6層，後來為容納與日俱增的旅客需求，傅德用決定將之加建至9層，其後在1942年增至11層，在當時是一項難度極高的工程，傅德用在香港聘用頂尖工程師設計，採用輕型物料，避免負荷過重。雖然工程師向澳門政府呈交圖則證明大樓增建後不會倒塌，但當局拒絕申請。經營者就此上訴至葡萄牙里斯本最高法院，結果經營者上訴得直。地下除大堂外，營地街側尚有一家錶行，另外1樓和2樓為餐廳，餘為客房。酒店是澳門最早安裝升降機的建築物。當年啟用時，好奇乘搭的市民大排長龍。2、7樓曾經設有賭場，為泰興公司所經營。 近年客人以港澳個人遊旅客中消費力較低一群居多。
