Zu den deutschen Partneruniversitäten zählen die Universität Hamburg und die Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Seit 2004 verleiht sie jährlich im Rahmen der Internationalen Filmfestspiele von Venedig den EIUC Human Rights Film Award.
