Doctor of Metaphysics

http://dbpedia.org/resource/Doctor_of_Metaphysics

Doctor of Metaphysics (PhD, Ph.D., or DMETA; Latin: Metaphysica doctor or doctor Metaphysica), also called a Metaphysical Science Doctorate, is a purported academic degree. While academic universities may teach Metaphysics under the title of "Speculative Philosophy", the Doctor of Metaphysics degree is an unaccredited degree generally associated with diploma mills. As such, some have labeled it is a "fake degree." It is the opinion of naysayers and atheists, who claim that various religions and other spiritual belief systems they disagree with, are not about anything real, that such a doctorate, along with religious seminary degrees, is worthless and might not entitle an awarded person to any title, recognition or licensure. rdf:langString
