Το σκι αντοχής ή σκι ανώμαλου δρόμου είναι ένα είδος σκι όπου οι σκιέρ στηρίζονται στη δική τους μετακίνηση για να κινούνται πάνω σε χιονοσκεπές έδαφος αντί να χρησιμοποιούν ανελκυστήρες σκι ή άλλες μορφές βοήθειας.
