Les Eleccions parlamentàries poloneses de 1938 es van celebrar a la Segona República Polonesa per a elegir el Sejm del 6 a l'11 de novembre de 1938, i foren les darreres eleccions, ja que l'any següent el país fou invadit per nazis i soviètics. El partit més votat fou el Camp d'Unitat Nacional (Obóz Zjednoczenia Narodowego) - coalició de la facció Sanacja – que va a obtenir 164 (o 161) escons de 230 (o 208) al Sejm (parlament) i els 64 en el Senat de Polònia, gràcies a la Constitució d'abril, elaborada per a la facció Sanacja. La resta dels escons (47) no va ser als diputats independents, molts d'ells pertanyents a minories ètniques (principalment jueus i ucraïnesos).

Parliamentary elections were held in Poland on 6 November 1938, with Senate elections held a week later on 13 November. They were the last elections in the Second Polish Republic. This election was held under the April Constitution of 1935, which was written to favor the Sanation movement. The Camp of National Unity, the party of the Sanation movement, won 164 of the 208 seats in the Sejm and 66 of the 96 seats in the Senate. Although multiple parties ran, all of them were controlled by the Camp of National Unity and the number of votes they received were chosen by the government beforehand.

Wybory do sejmu V kadencji zostały przeprowadzone 6 listopada. 13 listopada odbyły się do senatu V kadencji. W obydwu głosowaniach zwyciężył obóz sanacji, która stała się (podobnie jak w 1935) jedyną polską siłą polityczną w sejmie.
