The Zwarte Cross Festival is the largest paid festival in the Netherlands, and the largest motor event in the world. De organisatie ervan is indirect in handen van rockband Jovink en de Voederbietels. Het festival vindt plaats op een terrein van 160 hectare in de gemeente Oost Gelre, vlak tegen Lichtenvoorde aan, maar het terrein hoort voornamelijk bij Lievelde en deels bij Vragender. Er zijn 33 podia waarop zo'n 250 bands en 1000 theaterartiesten optredens verzorgen.
