尤清（臺灣話：Iû Tshing，1942年3月20日－），是出身臺灣高雄市大樹的民主進步黨籍政治人物。畢業於國立政治大學法律學系，德国海德堡大学法學博士。他曾任監察委員、立法委員、臺北縣縣長、中華民國駐德代表等。 1980年，他被選任為監察委員，是黨外運動參與者中首位取得該職位者。 他也是民主進步黨「建黨十人小組」的成員。

A practicing lawyer since 1978, he obtained his bachelor's degree in law from the National Chengchi University in 1965 and his doctorate from the University of Heidelberg in 1978. You was elected as the first non-Kuomintang member of the Control Yuan in 1980. He first served as a member of the Legislative Yuan from 1987 to 1989, and then served two terms as the magistrate of Taipei County from 1989 to 1997. He was again elected to the legislature in 2001 and reelected in 2004.

W 2010 roku ubiegał się o funkcję przewodniczącego DPP, przegrywając jednak z Tsai Ing-wen.
