The Wolfe Manor (originally known as the Andrews Estate and later as the Clovis Avenue Sanitarium) was a turn of the century mansion located in Clovis, California. The manor was once a private residence, sanitarium, and eventually a haunted attraction. The property and home, which is now owned by Todd Wolfe, was forced by the city to stop operating as a haunted attraction, due to it being an "eye-sore" and the cause of neighboring property values to decline. For many years, Wolfe tried to turn the manor into a bed and breakfast, but after not being able to fulfill his plans, the city decided in 2014 to have it demolished. Wolfe Manor was rumored to be haunted and has been featured on various TV shows including My Ghost Story, Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, The Dead Files, and MysteryQues
