Viviane Aleyda Morales Hoyos (Bogotá; 17 de marzo de 1962) es una abogada y política colombiana. Egresada del Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario. Ha sido representante a la Cámara, senadora de la República, Fiscal General de la Nación siendo la primera mujer en ocupar este cargo. Realizó su campaña hacia las Presidencia de la República de Colombia de 2018 por el partido Somos Región Colombia renunciando a su aspiración el 2 de mayo de 2018. Fue embajadora de Colombia ante el gobierno de Francia por el presidente Iván Duque Márquez desde el 1 de noviembre de 2018 hasta el 24 de mayo de 2021 y actualmente se desempeña como columnista en el periódico El Tiempo (Colombia)

She was elected by the Supreme Court of Justice out of a list of three candidates presented by President Juan Manuel Santos Calderón that also included Juan Carlos Esguerra Portocarrero and . On 2 March 2012, she resigned days after her election as Attorney General was invalidated by the Council of State due to irregularities in her election. Her resignation was accepted on 5 March 2012 by the Supreme Court. She was part of the Colombian Senate from 2014 until 2018.
