Virginia's 13th House of Delegates district elects one of the hundred delegates of the Virginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the state's bicameral legislature. The 13th district consists of Manassas Park as well as a portion of Prince William County. Its seat is currently held by Danica Roem, the first openly transgender person to be elected to the Virginia General Assembly. In 2017, Roem defeated Bob Marshall, a conservative Republican.
