Yayasan Pertukaran antar Selat (Hanzi: 財團法人海峽交流基金會, Inggris: Straits Exchange Foundation, SEF) adalah organisasi yang dibentuk pada tanggal 21 November 1990 di Taiwan untuk menjembatani hubungan tidak resmi antara Republik Tiongkok (Taiwan) dan Republik Rakyat Tiongkok. Organisasi ini secara resmi mulai bertugas sejak tanggal 9 Maret 1991. Yayasan ini dibawahi oleh Dewan Urusan Daratan yang merupakan salah satu komisi di dalam kabinet pemerintahan Republik Tiongkok. Organisasi serupa di Republik Rakyat Tiongkok adalah Asosiasi untuk Hubungan Antar Selat Taiwan.
