Spencer Heath (Viena, Virginia, 1876 - Leesburg, Virginia, 1963) fue un ingeniero, abogado, inventor, fabricante, horticultor, poeta, filósofo de la la ciencia y pensador social estadounidense. Anarquista y disidente de los puntos de vista económicos georgistas, fue pionero en la teoría de la gobernanza y la comunidad propietaria en su libro Citadel, Market and Altar.
