Der Distrikt Afigya-Sekyere ist einer von 21 Distrikten der Ashanti Region in Ghana. Er hat eine Größe von 770 km² und ca. 117.653 Einwohner. The district assembly is located in the eastern part of Ashanti Region and has Agona as its capital town.
