Le scapulaire du Sacré-Cœur est un scapulaire catholique associé aux apparitions de Notre-Dame de Pellevoisin à Estelle Faguette en 1876. Cette dévotion s'appuie sur la dévotion au Sacré-Cœur de Jésus, initiée par Marguerite-Marie Alacoque au XVIIe siècle, et déjà installée en France au XIXe siècle. En 1877, Estelle Faguette demande à son évêque l'autorisation de promouvoir un nouveau scapulaire dédié au Sacré-Cœur de Jésus. L'évêque donne son accord. Cette autorisation est confirmée par le Vatican en 1900. Le sanctuaire de Pellevoisin est un promoteur de cette dévotion.

Scapulare Sacri Cordis Jesu) – katolickie sakramentale wyrażone przez dwa małe kawałki białego sukna wełnianego połączone dwiema białymi tasiemkami, do noszenia na szyi. Na jednej części znajduje się obrazek samego Serca Jezusowego z Jego atrybutami (okolone koroną cierniową, z krzyżem i płomieniami u góry oraz strumieniem krwi i wody wypływającym z boku), na drugiej obrazek Maryi Panny otoczonej wieńcem róż, z rozłożonymi dłońmi, z których wychodzą promienie i podpisem: „Matka Miłosierdzia”.

In its current form, the design and the formal church approval for its use are due to Estelle Faguette, a French domestic servant, who in 1876 claimed to have received a series of apparitions during which the Virgin Mary showed this scapular and spoke about its use.

Prior to Faguette's 1876 claims, devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus had been made popular by the 17th Century mystic, Margaret Mary Alacoque who herself made and distributed 'badges' bearing images of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
