Santa Eulalia is a town and seat of the municipality of Aquiles Serdán, in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua. In 2010, the town had a population of 7,135, up from 2,089 in 2005. Founded in 1652 by , it is one of the oldest settlements in the state. Mining began in the Santa Eulalia Mining District in the early 18th century. Early production was primarily silver.
