Samuel Arthur Odoi-Sykes is a Ghanaian politician, barrister and diplomat who was Ghana's High Commissioner to Canada, serving from 2001 to 2006. He served as National Chair of the New Patriotic Party from 1998 to 2001 during which the party won its first presidential victory in the Fourth Ghanaian Republic. In the Third Ghanaian Republic, he was the Member of Parliament for Accra Central(Ashiedu Keteke) and the parliamentary leader for the opposition Popular Front Party which had the largest parliamentary minority group.
