Ronald Lewis Schlicher (September 16, 1956 – September 26, 2019) joined the State Department in 1982 as a diplomat and career foreign service officer with the rank of Minister-Counselor in the Department of State. He served as the Deputy Chief of Mission in Lebanon (chargé d'affaires) 1994–96 and United States Consul-General in Jerusalem from 2000 to November 2002.
