Robert Samuel Maclay, D.D. (simplified Chinese: 麦利和; traditional Chinese: 麥利和; Pinyin: Mài Lìhé; Foochow Romanized: Măh Lé-huò; February 7, 1824 - August 18, 1907) was an American missionary who made pioneer contributions to the Methodist Episcopal missions in China, Japan and Korea. He served as the first president of Aoyama Gakuin University.

로버트 새뮤얼 매클레이(Robert Samuel Maclay; 1824년 ~ 1907년)는 감리교회 계통의 미국인 선교사 겸 교육자이다. 펜실베이니아 출생으로, 1848년 중국에 부임하여 주로 푸저우(福州)에서 활동하였고, 1873년 6월부터는 일본으로 건너가 선교했다. 1882년 연초부터는 당시 일본에 가 있던 김옥균과 사귀었다. 1884년 김옥균과 함께 서울에 왔고, 고종의 허락을 받아 선교 활동을 하면서, 스크랜튼, 아펜젤러 등을 한국에 불러들였다. 그는 그러나 한국선교의 총책을 맡아달라는 요청을 고사하고 1884년에 요코하마로 돌아갔다. 그는 1887년에는 선교활동 으로부터 은퇴, 캘리포니아로 이주하여 여생을 교육에 바쳤다. 저서에 《각세문》, 《신덕통론》 등이 있다.
