Robert Mallet (15 March 1915 - 4 December 2002) was a French writer and academic. He was the first Dean of the University of Antananarivo. He was also the Rector of the Academy of Amiens, Rector-Chancellor of the Académie de Paris, one of the founders of and a professor of the University of Paris-VII, and Chairman of the board of directors of the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUPELF).
