مُقاطَعة (بالإنجليزية: Boikutt) هو ملحن موسيقى ومغني راب من رام الله، فلسطين. يقوم باستخدام عينات صوت وآلات إلكترونية وتسجيل اصوات من محيطه لتلحين موسيقته التي تتفاوت بين الهيب هوب والعديد من أنواع الموسيقى الالكترونية والموسيقى التجريبية. كما انه أحد مؤسسي فرقة رام الله أندر جراوند والتي قدمت عروضا في العالم العربي وأوروبا وأستراليا. وهو أيضا أحد مؤسسي فرقة تشويش للموسيقى والفنون البصرية والتي يقوم معها حاليا في جولات عروض.قام بإنتاج وعرض بعض المقطوعات الموسيقية الفنية ولحن عدة مقطوعات لأفلام ومسرحيات عالمية ومحلية وهو حاليا يعمل على عدة مشاريع جماعية وفردية

El colectivo fue fundado por los artistas Stormtrap y Boikutt, a los que luego se unió Aswatt, cuyo objetivo es rejuvenecer la cultura árabe creando «música con la que los jóvenes árabes puedan relacionarse», en palabras de Boikutt. Rapean en árabe y son reconocidos como algunos de los fundadores del hip-hop palestino. Su música combina hip-hop, trip hop y downtempo, además de música más tradicional del Medio Oriente, con un compromiso con su cultura local y una conciencia de la imponente presencia de Palestina en sus vidas.

Ramallah Underground, based in Ramallah, Palestine, is a musical collective born from the desire to give voice to a generation of Palestinians and Arabs, in a situation of great economic, artistic, and political difficulty. The collective was founded by artists Stormtrap and Boikutt, later joined by Aswatt, who aim to rejuvenate Arabic culture by creating "music that Arabic youth can relate to," in the words of Boikutt. They rap in Arabic, and are credited as some of the founders of Palestinian hip-hop. Their music combines hip-hop, trip hop, and downtempo, besides more traditional Middle-Eastern music, with a commitment to their local culture and an awareness of the imposing presence of Palestine in their lives.

Ramallah Underground aún no tiene un lanzamiento oficial y utiliza principalmente Internet como una forma de hacer circular su música.
