Raffles Girls' School (Secondary) (莱佛士女子中学, disingkat RGS) adalah Sekolah Menengah Pertama khusus perempuan di Singapura. Raffles Girls' School (RGS) is an independent girls' secondary school located in Braddell, Singapore. Established in 1879, it is one of the oldest schools in Singapore. RGS, together with its affiliated school Raffles Institution, offers a six-year Raffles Programme, which allows students to skip the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level examinations and proceed to take the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Advanced Level examinations at the end of Year 6. Departemen untuk wanita dibuka pada 4 Maret 1844 dengan jumlah siswi 11 orang, di kampus . Pada 1847, sekolah ini pindah ke sayap kiri gedung ini. Pada 1871, sekolah ini pindah ke sebuah rumah milik keluarga George di pojok Bras Basah Road. Pada 1879, sekolah ini memisahkan diri dari RI dan Miss Nelson menjadi kepala sekolah pertama. Saat ini jumlah siswi adalah 77 orang. Sejak saat itu, 1879 dianggap sebagai tahun berdiri RGS.
