저소음 컴퓨터(低騷音 - , 영어: quiet PC)는 소음이 적은 개인용 컴퓨터(PC)를 가리킨다. 저소음으로 설계된 개인용 컴퓨터들은 통상적으로 조용한 팬과 하드 디스크 드라이브를 장착하고 있다. 아직 표준화된 정의는 존재하지 않지만, 일반적으로 받아들여지는 "저소음 PC"의 정의는 컴퓨터에서 1 미터 떨어진 곳에서 측정된 소음이 30 dB을 넘지 않는 소리를 방출하는 컴퓨터를 말한다.

El Silent PC tiene como fin conseguir computadoras más silenciosas. El ruido en las computadoras es para muchos un problema. El constante aumento en la potencia y prestaciones de las computadoras ha provocado que las mismas generen mucho más calor, y por consiguiente se han tenido que desarrollar métodos de enfriamiento que generalmente generan ruido. De esta forma esta nueva corriente, por lo menos nueva en países de habla hispana, busca reducir el ruido que generan las computadoras, para de esa manera integrarla de una forma más armoniosa al hogar. Los sistemas para generar menos ruidos son numerosos, ventiladores más grandes que envían más corriente de aire pero girando menos, por lo que hacen menos ruidos. Grandes disipadores que se encargan de absorber el calor generado por los componentes del PC y otros sistemas más elaborados como el enfriamiento por agua o water cooling, entre otros. Algunos fabricantes especializados en productos silenciosos son Antec y Zalman.

A proposed general definition is that the sound emitted by such PCs should not exceed 30 dBA, but in addition to the average sound pressure level, the frequency spectrum and dynamics of the sound are important in determining if the sound of the computer is noticed. Sounds with a smooth frequency spectrum (lacking audible tonal peaks), and little temporal variation are less likely to be noticed. The character and amount of other noise in the environment also affects how much sound will be noticed or masked, so a computer may be quiet with relation to a particular environment or set of users.
