The Pittsburgh Thunderbirds are a professional ultimate team that competes in the Central Division of the American Ultimate Disc League. In July 2015, the Thunderbirds reached the playoffs in their first year of existence and beat the Chicago Wildfire before falling to the Madison Radicals in the divisional final.
