P. C. George (born 28 August 1951), in full Plathottathil Chacko George, is an Indian politician. George is a seven-time and ex Member of the Legislative Assembly (M.L.A.) of the Poonjar constituency in the Kottayam district of Kerala state (1982 to 1987) and (1996 to 2021). He was in the Kerala Legislative Assembly for 33 years. After the legislative election 2016, he created his own party named as Kerala Janapaksham (Secular). George served as the Chief Whip of the Kerala Legislative Assembly from 2011 to 2015, under Kerala Congress (M) party of the UDF government. George later became an independent politician. In 2017, he formed the party Kerala Janapaksham (Secular). Prior to the 2019 Indian general election, his party joined the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
