Oscar Raymond Holcomb (December 31, 1869 – September 14, 1948) was an American lawyer, and justice of the Washington Supreme Court from 1915 to 1927, and again from 1927 to 1939. Defeated in a bid for reelection in 1926, Holcomb's term expired early in 1927. Within several months, he was appointed to the vacancy caused by the death of Justice Jesse B. Bridges.
