المنظمة الثورية للشعب المسلح (بالإسبانية: Organización del Pueblo en Armas) هي منظمة حرب عصابات غواتيمالية نشطت في غواتيمالا خلال الحرب الأهلية. انفصلت المنظمة الثورية للشعب المسلح عن القوات المسلحة المتمردة في الستينيات، حيث كانت تنتقد المجهودات العسكرية السابقة في غواتيمالا، والتي اعتبرتها فاشلة. ركزت المنظمة الثورية جهودها بشكل أساسي في المرتفعات المكتظة بالسكان والساحل الجنوبي، وحصلت على الكثير من الدعم بين السكان الهنود هناك.

La Organización del Pueblo en Armas (ORPA) fue una organización guerrillera de Guatemala, en febrero de 1982 se integró a la Unidad Revolucionaria Nacional Guatemalteca (URNG), coalición de cuatro grupos rebeldes que impulsó un proceso de guerra popular revolucionaria en Guatemala y que negoció y firmó los Acuerdos de Paz con el Gobierno y el Ejército el 29 de diciembre de 1996.

A split-off from the FAR of the 1960s, ORPA was critical of earlier guerrilla efforts in Guatemala, which they saw as a failure. ORPA focused its efforts primarily in the heavily populated highlands and southern coast, and commanded much support among the Indian populations there.
