Η Οπώνη ήταν αρχαία εμπορική πόλη (Ὀπώνη ἐμπόριον) στο κέρας της Αφρικής, στις ακτές του Ινδικού Ωκεανού, στα βόρεια της Αζανίας (σημερινή Σομαλία). Οι διαθέσιμες πληροφορίες για την περιοχή προέρχονται κυρίως από τον περίπλου της Ερυθράς Θάλασσας (1ος-3ος αιώνας μ.Χ.), ενώ αναφορά στην γεωγραφική θέση της υπάρχει και από τον Κλαύδιο Πτολεμαίο (2ος αιώνας μ.Χ.). Είναι πιθανό πως η πόλη αντιστοιχεί στην Γη του Πουντ όπως ήταν γνωστή στους αρχαίους Αιγυπτίους των παλαιών βασιλείων. Στην σημερινή τοποθεσία βρίσκεται η πόλη της Σομαλίας.
