Die Operation Dexterity (deutsch Operation Geschicklichkeit) war ein Unternehmen des Oberkommandos der US-Streitkräfte im Südwestpazifik unter General Douglas MacArthur während des Pazifikkriegs im Zweiten Weltkrieg. Sie umfasste die Landungen bei Arawe und am im Nordwesten von Neubritannien, in der heutigen West New Britain Province Papua-Neuguineas, ab dem 15. Dezember 1943, sowie die Eroberung des japanischen Tuluvu-Flugfeldes am 30. Dezember eben dort. Die Operation war Teil des Neubritannienfeldzugs und endete offiziell am 10. Februar 1944.
