Die Norfolk State University ist eine staatliche, historische afroamerikanische Universität in Norfolk im US-Bundesstaat Virginia. Sie wurde 1935 als die (VUU) gegründet. 1942 wurde die Hochschule unabhängig vom , und erhielt danach den Namen (NPC).
