Ni Zhifu (chinesisch 倪志福, W.-G. Ni Chih-fu; * Mai 1933 in Shanghai; † 24. April 2013 in Peking) war ein chinesischer Gewerkschaftsfunktionär und Politiker der Kommunistischen Partei Chinas (KPCh), der unter anderem zwischen 1977 und 1987 Mitglied des Politbüros der KPCh sowie von 1977 bis 1993 Vorsitzender des Gesamtchinesischen Gewerkschaftsbundes war. Darüber hinaus fungierte er zwischen April 1983 und März 1993 als stellvertretender Vorsitzender des Ständigen Ausschusses des Nationalen Volkskongresses und war als solcher einer der Vize-Staatspräsidenten der Volksrepublik China. Ferner war er zwischen 1984 und 1987 Sekretär des Parteikomitees von Tianjin.

When he worked as a technician in the 1950s, he invented the "Ni Zhifu drill" which earned him a patent and the honour of "model worker". During the Cultural Revolution, he was elevated to leadership positions in the municipal government of Beijing and became an alternate member of the Politburo. He was not close to the Gang of Four, and for that reason his career continued to rise when the Gang fell at the end of the Cultural Revolution in 1976.
