The Orrin G. Hatch–Bob Goodlatte Music Modernization Act, or Music Modernization Act or MMA (H.R. 1551, Pub.L. 115–264 (text) (PDF)) is United States legislation signed into law on October 11, 2018 aimed to modernize copyright-related issues for music and audio recordings due to new forms of technology such as digital streaming. It is a consolidation of three separate bills introduced during the 115th United States Congress.

美國音樂現代化法案（英語：Music Modernization Act，简称MMA，美國聯邦公法第115–264號H.R. 1551）為美國國會於2018年通過的法案，針對音樂著作權的授權進行現代化的改革。其中包含了三大部分，合併既有的法案而成，分別為「音樂授權現代化」(Music Licensing Modernization)、「經典之保護與近用」(Classics Protection and Access)和「音樂製作人分配法案」(Allocation for Music Producers Act，AMP Act)，此法案改變美國著作權法第 115 條之規定，由原先的強制授權(Compulsory License)，改為概括授權(Blanket License)，使得互動式之串流數位音樂平台不必逐一向著作財產權人支付強制授權的費用。該法案於 2018 年 10 月 11 日由總統正式簽署生效後，將由美國著作權局接續辦理機械性重製授權組織(Mechanical Licensing Collective, MLC) 遴選等準備事項，預計於 2021 年 1 月 1 日完全由新的機械性重製授權組織負責音樂著作強制授權事宜。
