Mohnyin Tjin, (မုန်ညင်းချဉ် [mòʊɰ̃ɲɪ́ɰ̃ dʑɪ̀ɰ̃]; also Mon Nyin Jin, Mohn-hnyin Gyin) is a popular Burmese cuisine fermented food dish of vegetables preserved in rice wine and various seasonings.
