On May 2, 2022, PayMaya was renamed to Maya. The financial service is powered by the country's only end-to-end digital payments company PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and enhanced by Maya Bank for digital banking services. This means that the service's Filipino market would now experience both payments and digital banking through the all-in-one money platform.
