Die Mastaba des Hesire ist ein altägyptischer Grabkomplex in der großen Nekropole von Sakkara in Ägypten. Sie ist die letzte Ruhestätte des hohen Beamten Hesire, der während der 3. Dynastie unter König (Pharao) Djoser (Netjerichet) sein Amt bekleidete. Seine große Mastaba wurde durch ihre gut erhaltenen Wandmalereien und reliefdekorierten Paneele aus importiertem Zedernholz weltbekannt. Letztere gelten heute als Meisterwerke der Holzschnitzkunst des Alten Reiches. Die Mastaba selbst gilt als frühestes Beispiel einer bemalten Grabanlage des Alten Reiches und das bislang einzige Beispiel aus der 3. Dynastie. Ausgegraben wurde die Grabanlage des Hesire von den Ägyptologen Auguste Mariette und James Edward Quibell.
