The Freehold Regional High School District serves students from Colts Neck Township, Englishtown, Farmingdale, Freehold Borough, Freehold Township, Howell Township, Manalapan Township and Marlboro Township. As of the 2020–21 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,794 students and 116.2 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 15.4:1. There were 86 students (4.8% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 15 (0.8% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.
