Margaret D. Stock (born 1961) is an American politician, immigration attorney, and retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. She is a recognized expert on immigration law as it applies to U.S. military personnel and veterans. Stock is a 2013 recipient of a MacArthur Fellowship. She has taught law at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.
