Mansour Khalid (17 January 1931 – 22 April 2020) was a Sudanese lawyer, diplomat, and scholar, who published several books. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sudan from 1971 to 1975 and briefly in 1977. He also served as first vice chairman of the World Commission on Environment and Development, also known as the Brundtland Commission, after the Chair of the commission, who was Gro Harlem Brundtland (former Prime Minister of Norway). He played an important role in negotiating the peace accord known as the Addis Ababa Agreement which ended the First Sudanese Civil War in 1972. rdf:langString
